Reservations, guest support, and payments for a 26-room inn
Lititz Pointe Inn is a 26-room property where the front desk never really stops. Reservations, guest questions, housekeeping coordination, and payment follow-up all run in parallel, and any gap shows up fast in guest experience or revenue.
Cold2Booked stepped in to run that front-desk operation end to end. Day to day, that means taking reservations, working directly with guests, coordinating housekeeping, and handling the support tasks the team needs covered, including the times the inn is short-staffed or off-hours.
The standout area has been payments. At a hotel, guests sometimes arrive without having paid, or extend a stay before settling up. Chasing that down without being abrasive is a skill. Cold2Booked stays on top of it, making sure the inn actually gets paid, and that the process happens cleanly.

A 26-room inn runs on small moments handled well. A guest checking in, a reservation taken correctly, a housekeeping handoff, a payment settled before checkout. Miss any of them and it shows, in a bad review, an empty room, or revenue that slips away.
The front desk needed someone reliable enough to own these tasks day to day, including the off-hours and short-staffed stretches when things get missed.

The work
