OBGYNFinder is a U.S. medical directory connecting patients with OB-GYN practices, and growing it meant two things at once: reaching practices across the country to secure sponsored listings, and building the sales infrastructure to actually manage that pipeline.
The outreach engine needed to be built almost from scratch: targeted prospecting, a CRM that fit the workflow, and reporting the team could actually use to see what was working.
This wasn't about more activity. It was about building a sales system that could scale.

The work
Cold2Booked took ownership of outbound and the systems behind it. The work included:
- prospecting and outreach to OB-GYN practices nationwide
- introducing the directory and securing sponsored-listing conversations
- migrating the CRM from Pipedrive to HubSpot for a cleaner workflow
- building Excel-based tracking and reporting for full pipeline visibility
- refining call scripts and outreach strategy based on what converted
- advising on multi-channel growth, including paid search
