Shawn runs two businesses on parallel tracks: Westlake Window Cleaners, a home services operation needing a steady flow of new bookings; and Gapstow, a custom-systems consultancy serving small-to-mid businesses that need bespoke tooling rather than off-the-shelf software.
He needed someone who could run cold outbound for both: a fast-cycle transactional business and a longer-cycle consultative one, without dropping the ball on either.
Over a 14-week engagement, I dialed 80-100 cold prospects per day across both books of business. For Westlake, that translated into 16-18 booked appointments per month.
For Gapstow, the work looked different. Custom systems consulting is a longer sales cycle by nature, buyers don't book a discovery call from a single cold dial. What the outbound did produce was qualified inbound interest: eight prospect-initiated information requests over the engagement, each one a real top-of-funnel opportunity that Gapstow's team could nurture further.
The work spanned January through April 2026. Two businesses, one operator, two different sales motions, each handled the way the business required.

Shawn runs two businesses with completely different sales motions. Westlake Window Cleaners needs steady, transactional bookings: a constant flow of new residential and commercial customers. Gapstow builds custom software systems for businesses that need bespoke tooling with longer sales cycles, higher consideration, more nuanced conversations.
He didn't need two outbound specialists. He needed one operator who could run both: someone reliable enough to dial volume without burning out, sharp enough to switch tone between a quick window cleaning quote and a discovery conversation about custom systems work.
Most contractors handle one or the other. This engagement required both.
Execution
Over a 14-week engagement, the work split between two parallel motions:
- 80-100 cold dials per day across both businesses
- Transactional booking conversations for Westlake: fast cycle, clear qualification, calendar booked in the moment
- Discovery-stage outreach for Gapstow: slower cycle, deeper conversation, qualified prospects routed to the leadership team for follow-up
- Consistent representation of both brands without confusion or context loss between calls
No script swaps mid-day. No dropped follow-ups. No second-guessing which business was on the phone. Two pipelines running in parallel, owned by one operator.
"Working with Hera was a dream. She was reliable, consistent, and efficient. I never worried about if she was working or whether she was representing our company well. She'll be an asset to whatever teams she joins."
